Shelby Pendley

Shelby Pendley currently serves as the Assistant Director of Softball Factory since February 2024 and has been a Sponsored Athlete for Mizuno USA since July 2021. Shelby possesses extensive experience as a Professional Athlete with USSSA, a role held since May 2015. Previous coaching roles include Assistant Softball Coach at Belhaven University from May 2023 to March 2024 and Assistant Softball Coach at Jackson State University from March 2021 to May 2023. Additionally, Shelby worked as a Brand Ambassador for Firsty Athlete from January 2020 to January 2022 and was an Assistant Coach at The University of New Mexico from May 2015 to May 2016. Academic credentials include a degree from the University of Oklahoma, earned between 2012 and 2015.
