Cátia Dos Santos

Cátia Dos Santos has worked in various roles since 2014. Cátia began their career as an Assistente de Programas at Intercultura-AFS Portugal in 2014. In 2017, they took on the role of EVS Volunteer Development at AFS à Íslandi with AFS Intercultural Programs. That same year, they also worked as a Social Media and PR Coordinator with the European Federation for Intercultural Learning - EFIL. In 2018, they were a Program Coordinator with Intercultura-AFS Portugal. In 2019, they were a Shift Supervisor with Espresso House Group. In 2020, they were a Barista with Maya Kaffeerösterei. In 2021, they were an Operations Manager and Head Barista with Torrefaktum - Kaffeerösterei. Cátia is currently a Community & Growth Manager - Factory Hammerbrooklyn with Factory Berlin, a position they have held since 2022.

Cátia Dos Santos attended the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias from 2010 to 2013 and received a degree in Turism Business and Management with a focus on Business and Management.
