Robert Grosskopf

Robert Grosskopf has had a successful and diverse career spanning over 35 years. Robert currently serves as the President of Factory Cleaning Equipment by Jon-Don, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to this role, they were the EVP/General Manager of the company for ten years, during which they significantly contributed to its growth by driving aftermarket sales.

Before joining Factory Cleaning Equipment, Robert held various leadership positions in different industries. Robert served as the COO of Amazing Food Creations from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for successfully launching new products and increasing manufacturing capability. Robert also served as the VP of North American Operations at Weetabix from 2006 to 2009.

Robert's experience also includes roles as the Owner of RJG Enterprises from 2003 to 2006, the Director of Contract Mfg/Mergers and Acquisitions at The Bama Companies, Inc from 2000 to 2003, and the Director of Continuous Improvement at ConAgra Foods from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, they served as the Director of Engineering at Foodbrands America from 1996 to 1998 and HJ Heinz from 1991 to 1996. Robert started their career at PepsiCo as a Department Manager from 1986 to 1991.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated a strong track record in driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and implementing cost reduction strategies.

Robert Grosskopf obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University between 1980 and 1984. Robert also pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering, with a minor in Production Management during the same time at Purdue University.
