Elias Maalouf

Elias Maalouf has a strong background in information technology, with experience in various roles throughout their career. In 2013, they worked as the Director of IT at Above & Beyond Senior Living. Elias then moved on to OAA Orthopaedic Specialists in 2014, where they held the positions of Network Administrator and IT Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for providing technical support to end-users, overseeing asset management tasks, mentoring junior staff, onboarding new hires, and implementing network solutions. Currently, Elias is the Head of Information Technology at Factory LLC, where they likely continues to apply their expertise in managing IT operations and resources.

Elias Maalouf began their education at Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Specialist- Network Technology. During this time, they also earned certifications in CCNA Routing and Switching: Routing and Switching Essentials and CCNA Routing and Switching: Scaling Networks from Cisco, as well as certifications in Computer Technical Support and Server Administration from Brainbench. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Technical Leadership.
