Cezara Abajer

Cezara Abajer currently serves as the Head of Engineering at FactoryPal, where leadership involves collaborating with Tech Leads and Agile Coaches to enhance software quality and delivery across five cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes roles as Engineering Manager at Templafy, managing distributed Agile teams, and as Agile Transformation Lead at Safety io, where efforts focused on organizational change and product goal definition. Cezara also worked as an Agile Coach/Delivery Manager at relayr and held engineering management positions at Pentalog. Cezara holds a MicroMaster in Managing Technology & Innovation from RWTH Aachen University and a Master's degree in Romanic philology from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova.
