Randy Lovins has over two decades of experience in the education finance sector, currently serving as a Data Entry Specialist II at FACTS Management Company since January 2016, focusing on electronic tax form processing and application entry. Prior roles include Asst. Account Manager II at FACTS Management - Nelnet Business Solutions and a Policy Analyst at the National Student Loan Program, where oversight of the Federal Family Education Loan Program and compliance consulting were key responsibilities. Early experience encompasses roles in customer service and student loan operations, including administration, maintenance, and error correction in loan processing. Randy holds a Bachelor of Paralegal Studies from Doane College and an Associate of Applied Science in Court Reporting from Lincoln School of Commerce.
