The Account Management team at FACTS is responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with schools that utilize FACTS' comprehensive suite of educational services. They ensure client satisfaction, provide ongoing support, and facilitate the efficient use of FACTS' tuition payment plans, financial aid assessments, student information systems, online application and enrollment products, and mobile-friendly platforms. The team works closely with school administrators and educators to optimize their experience and address any issues or needs that may arise.
