Catrina Harding

Catrina Harding is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the EVP, Chief People Officer at FactSet since July 2023, Catrina provides strategic leadership and counsel to the executive team, focusing on talent strategies and organizational effectiveness. Prior roles include EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at GLG, where responsibility encompassed global HR strategy and operations, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Synchrony Financial, overseeing HR strategies for a significant business platform. Catrina has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, and talent management, with previous positions at GE Capital, US Steel, GE Money, Visteon, and Ford Motor Company. Catrina holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University.
