Kahari Blue

Kahari Blue is a seasoned professional with expertise in diversity strategy and talent management. Currently serving as the Diversity Strategy & Programs Lead at FactSet since January 2023, Kahari has previously contributed as a Co-Producer for "How to Dance in Ohio" on Broadway with Theatre Producers of Color. Experience includes talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion roles at Wonder from September 2021 to November 2022, as well as significant recruiting leadership at Goldman Sachs from July 2019 to February 2021, focusing on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in both analyst and senior analyst positions. Kahari holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Middlebury College, earned in 2019.
