Tanyo Petrov

Tanyo Petrov, CFA, FRM, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk analysis and portfolio construction. Currently serving as Associate Manager and Team Lead in Risk & Quant at FactSet since August 2018, Tanyo specializes in market risk process implementations for institutional clients and oversees software development to ensure seamless product transitions. Previously, Tanyo operated as a self-employed equity trader from January 2013 to August 2018, executing daily and swing trades while leveraging statistical models and conducting comprehensive market research. Earlier experience includes a trading role at Bullgarian Trading Group, where Tanyo focused on stock analysis and trader education.
