Fernando Plaz

Fernando Plaz started their career in 2012 as the Head of Marketing at Linio, where they were responsible for top-level marketing performance metrics. Fernando then moved to Lemontech in 2016 as the CS & Onboarding Manager. In 2017, they became the Operations Manager at MACH, a fintech initiative of Bci Bank, where they were in charge of accounting and financial operations and customer service. In 2018, they co-founded HUNDRED Active, a brand of Pilates and Yoga clothing and accessories. In 2019, they returned to MACH as the Chief Product Officer. In 2021, they became the Chief Product Officer at Assetplan.

Fernando Plaz obtained an Industrial Engineer degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar between 2007 and 2012. Fernando then went on to pursue a Master in Engineering Management from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) between 2018 and 2019. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as Udemy, LinkedIn, Coursera, GestionHoy C.A., IFEDEC Venezuela, and Outward Bound Ecuador.
