Rosyane Gama is a professional with extensive experience in customer service and contact center management. Currently serving as Coordenadora Atendimento e Contact Center at Multivix since September 2019, Rosyane possesses expertise in the CRM system Hubspot. Prior to this role, Rosyane held the position of Coordenadora Call Center at Grupo Meridional de Saúde, where knowledge of online scheduling systems and hospital management systems was developed.
