Raul Ignacio Morales Chavez

Raul Ignacio Morales Chavez possesses extensive experience in budget consulting and education, currently serving as a budget consultant for Facultad de Estudios Superiores Iztacala at UNAM. Since March 1985, Raul has been a professor of International Economics and Public Finance at Fes Aragón, UNAM. Raul has also contributed to the Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres as a consultant, focusing on implementing budget operations for the Gender Perspective Mainstreaming Fund from March 2008 to December 2009. Additionally, Raul served as an advisor at INDESOL in 2006, supporting the PAIMEF program, and as Subgerente de operaciones at DICONSA in 2005, overseeing warehouse operations.
