Paribanu Freitas De León has extensive experience in academia and social services, currently serving as Prof. Adjunto at Facultad de Psicología, Universidad de la República since June 2003, with prior roles including Asistente and Profesor Ayudante in various psychology courses. Paribanu's previous work in the Ministry of Development Social of Uruguay (MIDES) from January 2014 to March 2016 involved roles such as Gestor Departamental for the "+Autonomía" program and Supervisor Social for the research and pilot programs. Additionally, experience as a psychologist from March 2008 to September 2010 with the Consejo Educacion Primaria Uruguay involved contributions to the Programa Escuelas Disfrutables. Paribanu holds a Licenciado en Psicología from Universidad de la República, a Magister in Trabajo Social from the same institution, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Estudios Sociales at Universidad Nacional del Litoral.
