Claire Stolz is an academic researcher in modern and contemporary French at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the Sorbonne University. A specialist in the stylistics and rhetoric of the contemporary novel, she has been co-head of the Textyle research group since 2008. Deputy Director of the French language department since 2012, and the leader of an IDEX project for French as a Foreign Language (FFL), she co-directs the inter-university service for language learning (SIAL).
