Mansy Hicham

Mansy Hicham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as the Managing Director at HP Consulting since April 2019, Mansy also holds positions as a coach, consultant, and trainer with various training and HR advisory organizations. Additionally, Mansy is an adjunct professor for the Master’s program in Human Resources at the Faculté des Sciences Juridiques, Economiques et Sociales - Casablanca, and a part-time trainer in Soft Skills at the Office de Formation Professionnelle et de la Promotion du Travail (OFPPT). Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Atlas On Line, Director of Human Capital at Al Omrane, and various human resources leadership positions at the Autorité Marocaine du Marché des Capitaux, Somafaco, STMicroelectronics, and LEONI WIRING SYSTEMS. Mansy holds an engineering degree from Mohammadia School of Engineers, a Master's in Human Resources from Groupe ISCAE, and a coaching master’s degree from Ecole Internationale de Coaching.
