Rosarii Mannion C Dir

Rosarii Mannion C Dir, PCC, currently serves as the National Director of People & Change at Tusla - Child and Family Agency and has maintained a role as an Associate at the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management since January 2018. Additionally, Rosarii chairs the Pobal Board and holds a position as Global Board Director for the International Coaching Federation. With extensive experience in human resources, Rosarii previously worked as HR Leadership Consultant at ITD World and served as National HR Director at the Health Service Executive, overseeing the implementation of the People Strategy for over 100,000 employees. Educational achievements include an M.Sc. in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London, various coaching certifications, and currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Monarch Business School Switzerland.
