Alberto Montero is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical and animal nutrition industries, currently serving as Head of Latam at FAES FARMA since October 2012. With a strong background in managing operations across Latin America, including countries like Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Mexico, Alberto has held various significant roles, including Subdirector Internacional and Business Unit Manager. Prior to FAES FARMA, Alberto contributed as International Manager at INGASO FARM, focusing on premixes and feeds for swine, and served as Export Manager at NOVATION 2002, emphasizing animal nutrition. An educational foundation in veterinary medicine from Universidad Complutense de Madrid complements an Executive MBA from IE Business School, enhancing Alberto's strategic business capabilities. Additionally, previous experience as Official Veterinary Surgeon at Eville & Jones in the UK provided insight into veterinary inspections and public health within the meat industry.
