Joshua Radke

NA Quality Director & Global Quality Support at Fagron

Joshua Radke has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Joshua started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado, Boulder from 1995 to 2002. Joshua then joined Gallipot Inc. in 2002 as the Director of Analytical Chemistry/Quality Control/IT/IS, where they were responsible for the company's IT and IS functions and the management of analytical chemistry and quality control. In 2010, they transitioned to their degree focus in QC/Chemistry.

In 2002, Radke also started working at Fagron, Inc. as the Quality Control Manager and later became the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they oversaw quality control processes and regulatory affairs.

Since 2019, Radke has been working at Fagron as the Sr. North America Quality Specialist, serving as a flexible resource for North American and global Fagron companies. Joshua also maintains global quality information systems and manages quality continuous improvement projects. Currently, they hold the position of NA Quality Director & Global Quality Support, where they have additional responsibilities such as global data governance quality support, global brand launch quality management, contract manufacturer quality management, and North America and global regulatory support.

Joshua Radke earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota from 1987 to 1994. Joshua then went on to obtain a PhD in Chemistry with a specialization in Organic Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, and Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1994 to 2002.
