Kelly Browning's work experience begins in 2004 when they joined Ralph Lauren as an Executive Trainee, participating in a rotation program and receiving a full-time employment offer. From there, they held various roles within the company, including Associate Art Director, Manager of Advertising Stylist, Executive Sales Professional, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Director of Operations and Communications for North American Retail Stores. During their time at Ralph Lauren, they implemented strategies to improve customer engagement, reduce turnover, and enhance sales performance. In 2017, Browning joined Faherty Brand as the Head of Retail Business Development, where they focused on improving sales and operations, leading to significant profit growth.
