Brent Holbert

Brent Holbert is the current Chief Financial Officer at Fahlgren Mortine Inc. Brent has held this position for 28 years. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer and then the Chief Financial Officer at Fahlgren Mortine. In these roles, they developed a strategic plan to consolidate core services into two centralized locations, restructured and oversaw the human resources department to service 250 employees company-wide, and selected and introduced new and updated employee benefit plans. Brent also developed productivity, utilization, and realization reporting for senior managers. Additionally, they worked with outside legal counsel to develop a master service agreement and various other agreements. Brent also managed the brand Operations Managers, Payroll Administrator, Director of Human Resources, and information technology group. In their role as CFO, they are responsible for all budgeting, financial reporting, external financing, internal cost accounting, and strategic development for a 12-office marketing communications firm with capitalized billing of $260 million. Brent also negotiates and leads multiple mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Brent serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and is responsible for all operating leases, real estate leases, and client compensation agreements. Brent also oversees treasury management and client credit management. Brent supervises a staff of 12, which includes finance, accounting, information technology, and operations employees.

Brent Holbert attended Taylor University from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. While at Taylor University, they were a member of the chorus and the intercollegiate golf team, and served as captain of the golf team. Brent was also a member of Delta Mu Delta and the choir.
