Charles Delanoy

Charles DeLanoy has a wealth of experience in finance and leadership roles. Charles is currently serving as the Managing Director at Fahrenheit Advisors. Prior to that, they worked at Klöckner Pentaplast for many years, where they held various positions. Charles served as the Vice President of Finance, Pharma, Health, and Specialties Division and Director, leading a finance team of 22 individuals and overseeing financial planning and reporting, board reporting, and cash flow management. Charles also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Klöckner Pentaplast of America, Inc., Klöckner Pentaplast of Canada, Inc., and Klöckner Pentaplast of Quebec, Inc. Additionally, they were Vice President of Internal Audit, Compliance & Risk Management, where they designed and implemented the company's first internal audit, compliance, and enterprise risk management functions. Charles also held concurrent roles as Global Insurance Director, wherein they reduced insurance costs and met with major insurance providers annually, and as Mergers & Acquisitions Director for the American region. Before joining Klöckner Pentaplast, Charles worked at Klöckner Capital Corporation, Inc., where they served as Vice President of Finance and a Member of the Board of Directors. At BDO USA, LLP, they held the position of Senior Audit & Tax Manager, where they provided auditing services, tax planning, and estate planning to middle market privately held companies. With their extensive experience in finance and leadership, Charles DeLanoy has demonstrated their ability to drive financial performance and lead teams to success.

Charles DeLanoy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. Charles also completed an Executive Management Program in Mergers and Acquisitions from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In addition, they hold certifications from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the State of Michigan as a Certified Public Accountant, and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).
