Kathy Czerwonka

Kathy Czerwonka, CPA has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kathy is currently serving as the Managing Director at Fahrenheit Advisors since March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner at Capstone Partners, LLC from February 2020 to April 2022. From August 2020 to March 2021, they worked as a Product Owner at Kinsale Insurance. Earlier in their career, Kathy held various roles at Genworth, Post Glover Resistors/Halma Holdings, and General Electric Aircraft Engines. At Genworth, they worked as a Training and Development Consultant from 2002 to 2004, leading a project to convert on-site training classes to web-based training. At Post Glover Resistors/Halma Holdings, they served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 1998, overseeing IT, Accounting, and Human Resources operations. And at General Electric Aircraft Engines, they held multiple management positions in financial planning and analysis, finance, collections, cost accounting, cost and price analysis, and contract terminations.
