Mike Moore

Mike Moore has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mike is currently a Managing Director at Fahrenheit Advisors, where they have been working since September 2020. In this role, Mike tailors their broad expertise to meet individual clients' needs, serving as a fractional CFO, assisting with asset division in divorce, and performing business valuations. Mike is also an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) accountant, allowing him to conduct sophisticated analyses of businesses' value.

Prior to joining Fahrenheit Advisors, Mike worked at Meadows Urquhart Acree & Cook as a Director from November 2007 to July 2017. In this role, they led the consulting activities of the public accounting firm, specializing in business valuation and providing consulting services to hedge fund clients.

Before that, Mike was the Senior Manager of Corporate Planning at Capital One Financial from 1995 to 2007. In this position, they managed a team responsible for financial planning and analysis, investment governance, and corporate NPV guidance. Mike played a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, and assessing performance.

Mike's early career includes experience as an Accounting Team Leader at Markel from 1991 to 1995 and as a Supervising Senior at KPMG from 1985 to 1989.

Mike Moore attended the University of Virginia from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
