Rina Hicks

Rina Hicks is an experienced professional currently serving as Operations Director and Director of Operations at Faida Investment Bank since April 2003. In this role, Rina directs the Corporate Finance Advisory unit and oversees firm-wide strategic planning and processes in Kenya and Rwanda. Rina has successfully led multiple capital market transactions over the past five years, including cross listings, rights issues, and mergers. Previously, Rina worked as a Research Analyst at Youth Enterprise Development Fund and held board positions at Enablis East Africa. Rina also contributed as Head of Business Development at 3mice Interactive Media. Rina holds an MBA from Strathmore Business School and a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Marketing from Edith Cowan University, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from St. Marys.
