Tara Kerry

Tara Kerry has extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, currently serving as Registrar and Accommodation Development Manager at Fáilte Ireland since December 1996, where responsibilities include maintaining statutory registers of various types of tourist accommodations and overseeing the development of regulations and classification criteria. Previously, Tara held the position of Client Services Manager, focusing on market diversification and developing the Fáilte Ireland China Ready programme, and served as Training Centre Manager, facilitating skills-based competency programs. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Forte Hotels, encompassing various positions in food and beverage management, including a trainee manager role at the Shelbourne Hotel and management positions at Actons Hotel and the Waldorf Hotel in London. Tara holds an MSc in Education from Sheffield Hallam University, completed from 2004 to 2008.
