Holly Parker has a diverse work experience. Holly began their career in 2008 as a Policy Associate at the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce (CSW) and worked there until 2011. Holly then moved on to the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce in 2013, where they held the role of VP, Economic Opportunity until 2017. From 2017 to the present, Holly has been working at Fair Food Network, starting as a Senior Director of Programs and later being promoted to the position of Chief Strategy and Program Officer.

Holly Parker obtained their MPP (Master of Public Policy) degree from the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2007, specializing in Public Policy. Holly later pursued further education at the University of Michigan, specifically at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, completing their Master of Public Policy degree. The exact duration for this second degree is unknown.
