Aimee Foreman

Aimee Foreman has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Aimee is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Fair Oaks Foods since November 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at MTI from June 2021 to November 2023 and at Roadrunner Freight from July 2020 to June 2021. Aimee also served as the HR Director at Roadrunner Transportation Systems from May 2019 to July 2020, and as the HR Manager from February 2019 to May 2019. Before that, they worked as the HR Director at RF Technologies from October 2018 to January 2019 and as the HRBP/Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bostik from August 2017 to October 2018. Aimee's other roles include HR Manager at GKN Sinter Metals from April 2016 to July 2017, Sr. HR Manager at Joy Global Inc. from May 2015 to April 2016, and Senior Human Resources Generalist, Senior Benefit Analyst, and Benefit Analyst at Joy Global Inc. from 2007 to 2014. Aimee began their career as a Corporate Benefits Coordinator and HR Generalist at Memorial Healthcare System from 2001 to 2007.

Aimee Foreman obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Alverno College between 2010 and 2013. Aimee also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Florida Atlantic University from 2001 to 2004. Aimee Foreman completed their high school education at Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory from 1990 to 1994, obtaining a diploma. Aimee holds an additional certification as a Professional in Human Resource Management from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
