Jon Jones

Jon Jones is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional with a robust background in the food and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Maintenance at Fair Oaks Foods since April 2024, Jon has held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering at Voyant Beauty and Senior Vice President of Operations at Real Good Food Company. With a career spanning over three decades, Jon has developed expertise in capital planning, asset management, and operational efficiency, previously contributing to organizations such as Cresco Labs, Hearthside Food Solutions, and McCain Foods. Jon’s foundation in engineering was built at Bemidji State University, where education was completed from 1984 to 1988.
