Carlos Arturo Bernal Carvajal

Carlos Arturo Bernal Carvajal is a highly experienced software engineer and technology leader with a strong background in DevOps and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Senior DevOps Engineer at Fair since January 2023, Carlos previously held roles including Chief Technology Officer at Muni Tienda and Manager of DevOps Engineering at Blackboard. With expertise in a wide range of technologies such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Python, Carlos has managed multiple teams and led significant projects throughout a diverse career that began with an internship at Citi and included roles in education as a college professor and academic tutor. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering and a Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics, along with several certifications in functional programming and machine learning.
