Alexander Sarlay

Alexander Sarlay is an accomplished journalist, photographer, and author with extensive experience in project development, business development, and research, particularly focused on sustainable practices, waste management, and youth employability in a digitalizing world. Since 2002, Alexander has collaborated with various international organizations, including SOS Children's Villages and the Chamber of Commerce, on initiatives related to recycling, economic empowerment, and African textiles. In addition to serving as an ambassador for fairafric Chocolate and founding African Dream EZA, Alexander has held leadership roles in marketing and project management at notable institutions, including teaching positions at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg. A graduate of Universität Innsbruck with a Master’s in Geosciences, Alexander’s work highlights a commitment to social entrepreneurship and innovation.
