Richard Palmer

Richard Palmer is an experienced professional with a strong background in fleet maintenance, logistics, and operations management. Currently serving as Fleet Maintenance and Driver Coordinator at Fairchild Freight, LLC since April 2019, Richard provides leadership for a fleet encompassing both company drivers and owner operators across eleven Western States, focusing on perishables and produce while ensuring high customer service standards. Prior to this role, Richard held positions including Operations Manager and Account Manager at Schneider National, leading a team for a national grocer's refrigerated delivery account, and Terminal Manager at Special Dispatch of California, overseeing a retail delivery service and warehouse operations.
