Sulia Chen possesses a diverse background in the arts and education, currently serving as a Promotion and Production Assistant and Program Host at Fairchild Radio since 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an International Student Service Assistant at Seneca College, and as an Executive Producer and Project Coordinator at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, where Sulia managed the award-winning outreach project "Creative Minds through Performing Arts." From 2012 to 2016, Sulia taught drama and directed performances for children and teenagers at Yip's Children's Choral and Performing Arts Centre. Additionally, Sulia has held various positions in arts project coordination and event management, with education credentials including a Master of Fine Arts in Drama and Theatre Education from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts in Event Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Established in 1993, Fairchild Radio Group is Canada’s only national multicultural radio network. With operations in Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary, Fairchild Radio has been serving the multicultural communities of Canada with three FM and two AM stations. CJVB-AM1470 is Vancouver’s most established, most complete multicultural radio station, and with the addition of CHKG-FM96.1 in 1997, Fairchild Radio has been able to target the fast growing Mandarin-speaking audience in Vancouver. Together the two stations provide 144 hours of Cantonese programming, 96 hours of Mandarin programming, plus broadcasting services to more than 40 ethnic communities in over 30 languages on a weekly basis.
