Charlotte Broadbent

Charlotte Broadbent is an experienced professional currently serving as the International Marketing and Partnerships Director and UK General Manager at Faire since March 2022. In addition to these roles, Charlotte has been a Mentor at Virgin StartUp since November 2021, supporting entrepreneurs in accelerating their businesses. As a member of Level 20, Charlotte contributes to the mission of empowering women in venture capital and private equity. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at TAMARA COMOLLI, as well as Principal, Associate Director, Associate, and Analyst at Terra Firma Capital Partners. Charlotte has also served on the boards of Wyevale Garden Centres, brighterkind, and Talika. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Bristol and a Power MBA completed in 2021.
