Clemens Buehling

Clemens Buehling is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering strategy and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Tech Programs at Faire since May 2022, Buehling plays a crucial role in scaling the engineering organization through growth stages. Prior to this, Buehling held the position of Senior Director at Robinhood, where leadership of a team of approximately 50 encompassed areas such as Technical Program Management, Engineering Operations, and Quality Engineering. Buehling also served as Director of Technical Program Management at Uber, where the scale of the team expanded from inception to fifty, supporting diverse lines of business. Buehling's earlier career includes significant roles at Google, contributing to high-profile launches such as Google Firebase and Inbox by Gmail. Buehling holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and a Master's degree in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zürich.
