Lauren Thomas is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Faire, an online wholesale marketplace focused on supporting local entrepreneurs. With a background in corporate law and experience at companies like dutchie, Good Money, Square, and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role. Lauren has also served as a Charter Member at TechGC and held teaching and legal positions at Yale University, the U.S. Attorney's Office, Doctors Without Borders, and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Lauren's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Social Studies from Harvard University.
