Rebekah Punak

Rebekah Punak currently serves as General Counsel at Faire since April 2025. Prior to this role, Rebekah held the position of Director & Associate General Counsel for Central Products Legal at Meta from February 2020 to April 2025, where oversight was provided for legal functions related to various product lines, leading a team of over 50 legal professionals. From May 2015 to February 2020, Rebekah was the Vice President of Legal and Policy at Instacart, focusing on product counseling and regulatory matters. Earlier in Rebekah's career, experience included working as an Attorney at Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP, handling complex litigation and intellectual property issues, and as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Rebekah Punak holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of California, Berkeley.
