Currently serving as an Associate Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools since September 2025, Kamran's previous leadership roles include Vice President of Organizational Change & Learning at Prometheus Federal Services from September 2021 to April 2025 and Senior Principal at Atlas Research from September 2016 to September 2021. At Atlas Research, significant contributions included executing multiple business transformation projects for the VA, impacting over 300,000 employees, and leading modernization initiatives. Prior experience also includes a Senior Manager position at Accenture from July 2007 to May 2016, where talent management and organizational change strategies were developed for Fortune 500 clients. Kamran holds a Master's degree in Education Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from McGill University.
