Joseph Bruno (“Bruno”), Technical Director of Support, is responsible for managing the day-to-day technical aspects of the Support Services (SSD) Department. Bruno focuses on developing and implementing strategies and procedures needed to enhance the growth of the engineers within the Support Services Department. Additionally, Bruno continually seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships. As Technical Director, Bruno mentors support engineers and teaches them best practices, ensuring that Support Services Department is always responsive to clients’ mission-critical needs and requirements.
