Bob Fitts has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting as the Vice President of Securitization/Operations at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in 1997. Bob later became the Principal of Operations and Finance at the same company, where they led due diligence teams and integration efforts. Fitts then served as Principal of Special Projects at Prudential Real Estate Investors, overseeing a complex integration project. Bob also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at both Prudential Financial - Prudential Real Estate Investors and RWO Acquisitions. Additionally, Fitts founded and produced SUP-X: The StartUp Expo and served as CEO of Trident Global, LLC, providing advisory services to startups and middle-market companies. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of v3.0, a management consulting firm, and the Managing Partner at Fairfax Intel, an analytics provider. Fitts has a strong background in management consulting, business development, and operational improvement, with a focus on helping businesses achieve growth and success.

Bob Fitts completed their BA in Non-Western History at Washington and Lee University from 1982 to 1987. Bob then pursued an MBA in Finance at The George Washington University School of Business from 1990 to 1995. In 2004, they attended The Wharton School for the Mergers and Acquisitions Executive Education Program, and in 2001, they participated in the Center for Creative Leadership Leadership Development Program.
