Paul Willington

Paul Willington has a strong background in purchasing and buying roles. Paul started their career as a beef buyer at Somerfield Stores Ltd in 1985 and worked there until 1991. Paul then joined Iceland Frozen Foods as a senior buyer from 1995-1999. Paul worked at Brakes as a buying controller from 2000-2003 before moving to 3663 as a buying controller from 2003-2008. Paul continued their career at Fairfax Meadow as a purchasing director from 2008-2017. Paul then joined DB Foods as a buyer from 2018-2018 and returned to Fairfax Meadow as a senior buyer in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Purchasing at Fairfax Meadow since 2023.
