The current leadership team at Fairfax Search has a wide range of experience in different industries, which gives them a unique perspective on the recruitment process. The team includes a Director who previously worked at The SJB Group, a Recruitment Consultant who worked at Derivatives Solutions Group, and a Structured Fund Analyst who worked at HSBC. The team also has a wide range of educational backgrounds, with degrees from the University of Leeds and other institutions.
