Sarah O. currently serves as a Program Associate for the Fund for Women and Girls at Fairfield County's Community Foundation since October 2022. Previously, Sarah was a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Community Research and Engagement, where collaboration included the development of a webpage on focused deterrence to reduce youth gang violence. Experience also includes working as a Paraprofessional at Lowell Community Charter Public School, assisting educators with instructional support and special education needs, and as an Urban Para-educator at Great Oaks Charter Schools, focusing on math skills for middle school students. Earlier roles included a Brand Associate position at Old Navy and an Ambassador role at Fairfield County's Community Foundation, contributing to youth engagement initiatives. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Community Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sacred Heart University.
