Dawn Buser has over 10 years of experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and other barriers. They served as the Individual Support Coordinator Supervisor and previously as an Individual Support Coordinator at the Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities from 2015 to 2022. Before this, Dawn held the position of Assistant Director of Supported Living at Goodwill Columbus from 2012 to 2014 and worked in human services management before that. Dawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2011.
