Derek Fritz

Derek Fritz has over 20 years of work experience in finance and real estate. Derek is currently working as the Vice President of Portfolio Management at Fairfield Residential since 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at PGIM Real Estate from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at PGIM Agricultural Investments - Equity as a Vice President of Portfolio Management and previously as an Associate Portfolio Manager from 2015 to 2017. Derek has also held positions at PGIM Real Estate Finance, MacFarlane Partners, Shorenstein, Catellus Development, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Derek'sprevious roles include Director of Investor Reporting Institutional Funds Management, Finance Associate - Real Estate Private Equity, Senior Analyst of Portfolio Management, Senior Financial Analyst of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, and Financial Analyst of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Derek Fritz obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management between 1997 and 2001. Derek further pursued their education and completed a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business between 2012 and 2014.
