Eric Schwing

Eric Schwing is a seasoned professional in construction management with extensive experience in leading projects across various companies. Currently serving in a management role at Fairfield Residential since September 2021, Eric previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Trammell Crow Residential, overseeing significant developments such as the Alexan Fashion Valley and Simone Little Italy projects. Earlier roles include Director of Construction at LMC, a Lennar Company, where Eric directed the Marisol Development, and Senior Project Manager at Pacific Building Solutions, managing resort projects under challenging conditions. Eric's career began at Amoroso Construction, progressing from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager, with experience in public works and custom home construction.
