Matt Gian

Matt Gian is currently working as a Development Analyst at Fairfield Residential since August 2011. Prior to that, Matt worked as a Property Tax Analyst at Duff & Phelps from October 2008 to March 2010, and as a Loan Servicing Analyst at Key Bank from June 2008 to October 2008. Matt also gained experience as a Market Research Analyst Intern at Apartment Realty Advisors from June 2007 to May 2008. Throughout their career, Matt has worked in various locations including Plano, Dallas, and Austin in Texas.
