Michael C. Chavez

Michael C. Chavez has extensive experience in project management and construction, currently serving as Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent at Fairfield Residential since March 2016, supervising multiple properties. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as Crew Lead/Coordinator at RMR Services, Inc., where responsibilities included project management and labor supervision, and as New Construction & Remodel Crew Lead at RC General Contractors. Early career experiences include roles at Dick's Sporting Good Corporation and California Oaks Golf Club, coupled with internships in emergency medical services and fire protection. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from California Baptist University and an emphasis in Fire Technology from Mount San Jacinto Junior College.
