Nick Parker

Nick Parker is a Development Analyst at Fairfield Residential since June 2022, building on prior experience as an Urban Development Intern at 42 Real Estate, LLC from January to May 2022, and as a Multifamily Development Intern at JPI Companies from May to August 2021. Nick's professional journey started with a Summer Internship at Hunt Companies, Inc. in June 2018. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business, where studies were completed from 2018 to 2022.
