Malena Dailey is currently serving as a Policy Analyst for Workforce Development and Economic Policy at the National Governors Association since May 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Technology Policy at the Progressive Policy Institute from January 2022 to May 2024, and Policy Analyst at NetChoice for a brief period in 2021. Malena's background also encompasses research assistance at Miami University’s Department of Political Science, legislative internship at the U.S. House of Representatives, and campaign fellowship for Sean Casten's congressional campaign. Early experience includes an internship at The Normandy Group LLC and a development internship at the Chicago Foundation for Women. Malena holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Economics from Miami University.
